We will be away from 28th April to 25th May. Temporary staff will be despatching orders if there is stock availability. Unfortunately, all personalised goods will not be despatched until our return if an order is placed. We will endeavour to answer any queries if possible during our time away but this is not guaranteed. Tracie

Making a purchase
Prices for regular products are quoted on the site. Prices for bespoke items will be provided by email before work commences.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is £1.00.
One unit of any product.
We are not VAT registered.
Prices for products are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect agreements which have come into force.
Pay Pal Purchases
Credit Card details are not stored by Prism Embroidery nor will any customer details be shared with any third parties.
Purchases by cheque
Cheques should be made payable to “Prism Embroidery”. All funds will have to clear before items will be despatched.
Shipping and Handling
Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak we will only be dispatching orders once a week, providing our courier is still operating a service (Royal Mail) . Any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, unless free shipping is stated. These charges will be stated when you pay for the product or products and are available on the shipping rates tab.
Customs Duties will be the responsibility of the buyer if the products are being sold to a foreign market (outside the UK). If the buyer does not accept the customs duties and returns the product, any charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Stock products will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivered to the address indicated in your order. Reasonable endeavors will be used to deliver products on or before the date set out in the second acknowledgment or, if no date is set out, within 3-5 days, however, delivery by the relevant date cannot be guaranteed.
If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, an email may be sent to inform you at which time you may cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Best estimates when items will be dispatched and/or delivered will be made; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which there is little control and as such, time for dispatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as estimates only.
Many items are manufactured to order and you will be emailed with an estimated completion date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you purchase products by mail order, you have the right to cancel the transaction for any reason and return the product(s) within 7 days after delivery for a full refund (but not the original carriage charge). Products must be returned unopened in an as new condition with the original packaging. Failure to do so may incur a charge for replacing the missing or damaged items.
If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please make contact in writing within 7 days from receipt. When the product is returned, you will be contacted and offered the correct product or a full refund within 28 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you receive any item that is faulty, please contact Prism Embroidery in writing within 7 days from receipt. When the product is returned, you will be offered a full refund or a replacement product within 28 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you wish to return goods within 28 days which are not faulty, this will be accepted providing the goods are in new condition in the original packaging and have not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the payment of the difference in costs being incurred. Items returned for a refund, when the goods are not faulty will be charged a handling fee of 20%.
Refunds are for goods only and do not include any carriage costs paid.
Prism Embroidery will not be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Use Of DX Covers Radio Dust Covers
DX Covers radio dust covers should only be used to cover the equipment intended. Please make sure the equipment is turned off, unplugged and allowed to cool before placing the cover. Always remove the cover before equipment is turned on and operated. We will not be liable for any damages caused if these guidelines are not adhered to.
